Comment from Georgian Bank (Georgia)

Tiffany,

Good to hear from you via the newsletter. Hope all is well. After reading your article on banks, I thought I would share some information on Georgian Bank. We are interested in strong clients who need lines of credit for commercial and industrial area purposes (as well as personal)—loans and/or lines of credit for operating needs, receivables, equipment acquisition, owner-occupied real estate. We don’t have an appetite for investor real estate at this time. These are challenging times for borrowers and bankers! Our lending limit is substantial, around $40 million. Our “cash management” products can provide all the bells and whistles for managing accounts.
I hope that is some useful information and best of luck to you in your endeavors.

Take care and good to hear from you!

Jane
